# Terms of Use — Draft

Hexcrawl Studio is provided for creating and managing tabletop map projects.
Users are responsible for the content they enter, their right to use imported
materials, maintaining backups, reviewing exports, and protecting files that
contain private campaign information.

Do not use the service to violate law, another person's rights, or system
security. Do not attempt to bypass Cloudflare Access or redistribute bundled
source assets as a standalone asset collection.

Local project files remain under the user's control. The application currently
offers no customer account, cloud storage, public sharing, or purchase service.
Displayed proposed prices are not an active offer. Availability, warranties,
liability limitations, refunds, governing law, age/guardian provisions, and
termination language require owner/legal decisions before commercial launch.

These draft terms do not grant rights beyond the separate commercial export
license and applicable third-party licenses. They have not been reviewed by
counsel and must not be represented as legally approved.
