# Commercial Export License — Draft

The intended Creator entitlement would permit its holder to use maps and map
documents exported by Hexcrawl Studio in personal and commercial tabletop
products for the purchased major product version. The intended permission
applies to composed exported maps, not ownership of the software or bundled
source assets.

It would not permit extracting, reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing
bundled symbols, textures, fonts, templates, generation data, or other source
assets as standalone assets or as a competing asset pack. Imported user assets
remain governed by their own licenses. Third-party components remain governed
by `THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md` and their license texts.

No Creator checkout or entitlement service is available in the current release,
so the application cannot presently prove or sell this grant. Owner/legal review
must define the licensor, covered versions and assets, attribution, modification,
transfer, refunds/revocation, warranty, liability, termination, jurisdiction,
and treatment of pre-release exports before this text is used commercially.
